About
As a seasoned violinist with 20 years under my belt, I have felt the impact of violin music which is why I've created Shirley's Strings. I adore adding a bit of magic into already magical days.
I believe in an authentic and raw sound which is why I've chosen to not use backing tracks or accompaniments. This choice has empowered me to deliver a vulnerable and deep sound that I am passionate about.
I LOVE love and I love music, this allows me to combine the two. I proudly play at weddings of all kinds, including LGBTQ+ weddings as well as other events such as celebrations of life, elopements, business dinners, anything that pairs well with an intimate sound.
Over the years I have earned recognition at state competitions, led as concertmaster in an orchestra, and performed multiple solo recitals throughout my career.
