About
The Sprinkle Bar is a soft-serve ice cream machine rental service that makes serving dessert at your event fun, simple, and stress-free. When you book with us, we handle delivery and setup, provide fresh ice cream mix, cones, and sprinkles (based on your party size), and return to pick everything up when the event is over. An all-inclusive, sweet experience for you, and your guests!
Perfect for birthday parties, corporate events, baby and bridal showers, family reunions, and small weddings. This is a self-serve experience, allowing guests to make their own ice cream creation. Our machine is a single flavor dispense and can produce around 75 servings per hour. We like to keep it simple on toppings - just sprinkles! Feel free to provide additional toppings if you’d like.

- Fresh (not powdered) cartons of soft-serve ice cream mix (chocolate or vanilla)
- Cones and Sprinkles (default sprinkles are rainbow, specialty sprinkles can be added)
- Napkins
- Acrylic bins for cone display, acrylic tray to catch loose sprinkles
- 25-foot heavy-duty extension cord
- Basic cleaning supplies - cloths, rinse bucket, sanitizing spray, etc.
Add-ons
Refills machine with mix and keeps the serving area clean (attendant is not allowed to fill or serve cones)
If you don’t have access to a refrigerator for fresh mix cartons
Add specialty sprinkles by Fancy Sprinkles (+$10/bottle) - see pictures for options!
Other Fees
No refundable booking deposit to secure your date (applies to your final bill, due at booking confirmation)
