About
Forage is a styled drink and snack cart based in Salt Lake City, designed to give guests a detail they'll love. We offer two cart experiences, each fully styled and served fresh on-site: a Drink Cart (mimosas, margaritas, cider, signature cocktail or mocktail flights) and a Snack Cart (charcuterie, candy, cookie dough, dessert, or a custom themed build). Events that include alcohol are staffed with a certified server.
Every event includes full setup, service for the entire window, and breakdown at the end, so you don't manage a thing. Forage is a natural complement to existing catering or bar service, filling in the moments they don't cover: cocktail hour, an afternoon lull between events, or a late-night bite once dinner service wraps.
